ABOUT THIS OFFERING
Capoeira Angola is a beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form that combines fight, rhythm, movement, music, philosophy, and so much more! Join N'golo Preto Velho de Mestre Themba Southern California to learn about the culture, music, and all fundamental movement in this 2 hour workshop which serves as an incredible and fun full-body workout and gateway into deeper realms of the Self, the Spirit, Ancestral Guidance, and Community. All ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome! Classes meet in person each Sunday at Koehler Park in Fontana. The first portion of this workshop is typically dedicated to music, with the second dedicated to physical movement. You are welcome to participate in one or both portions of this event. All aspects of the class will cater to the students present, offering inclusive training options, no matter your experience level or needs! The Abundance Exchange for this offering is just $15 per class. Discounted registration options are available for those who are interested in multi-class passes or wish to pay at a monthly rate.

Cancellation Policy
In order to create your booking, we require a nonrefundable minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of your session. Any remaining balance will be accepted in person on the date of your appointment. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, we ask you please inform us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer your missed appointment to other clients, and prevents the unnecessary loss of income during the work day. Appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days of the originally booked date, during which time your deposit will still be valid and applied toward your new booking. Last minute cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee, in which case we will simply not refund your deposit or apply it toward another date.
