Connection + Logistics: This is an experiential hybrid offering, taking place both in-person for those who'd like to circle with us in physical space, and virtually via Zoom video conference call for those who'd like to join us from afar! 

If joining via Zoom - access to our virtual meeting will be provided via confirmation email upon registration, and you will also receive a reminder email the day prior to our event with details and the link to join. Please save these emails and simply follow the link at our scheduled event time in order to gather with us! 

If joining in person - we will be gathering promptly at 6:30pm PDT at our Waking Seed Heartquarters:

Due to the intimate size of our space, we are limiting the number of in-person attendees to ensure everyone's comfort, and asking guests to please preregister to reserve their seat.

- a journal and pen for reflecting

- water or other form of nourishing hydration

- a snack to share with the group if joining in person (optional, though having a light snack following a journey may help you to ground into the physical plane and more readily integrate your experience)
