Shamanic Sound Bath + Healing Circle

Join us for a unique Shamanic Sound Bath designed to help you break up stagnant energy and blockages, release what is no longer serving your Highest Vibration and well being, and relax into your Heart Center. Our Intention for the evening is to create a Safe Space for you to ground, replenish, and feel deeply nourished and held by community.

Abundance Exchange: This is a suggested $25 donation-based journey if joing in person, or suggested $15 donation if joining virtually, with flexible sliding scale opportunities for those in different income brackets. Additionally, we offer those with financial privilege the opportunity to further support this work and our community space by making a pay-it-forward donation, which helps us continue to make these and other free and donation-based offerings accessible to those in multiple income brackets. We deeply appreciate your presence and support of this work!

Registration + Logistics: This offering will take place both online via Zoom video conference call and in person at our heartquarters in Claremont, California. Due to the wonderfully intimate size of our space, we are limiting the number of physical attendees to ensure everyone's comfort and asking guests to please preregister to reserve their seat.

What to Bring:

- a cushion, pillow, and/or blanket to snuggle up with

- a journal and pen for reflecting

- water or other form of nourishing hydration

- a snack to share with the group (optional, though having a light snack following a journey may help you to ground into the physical body and more readily integrate your experience)

Please also dress in comfortable clothing - we recommend layers to help you adjust your temperature to your liking, especially since it's common for people to experience sudden waves of heat or cold during their sound bath journeys.
