Join us for our monthly Womb Healing Circle to ignite, embrace, and nurture your Feminine Power in the safety of community!

Our monthly Womb Healing Circle includes a yoni steaming session, womb activation, reiki healing, and so much more to nurture the Divine Feminine in you! This offering is facilitated by Luma Marie, a certified womb healing & yoni steaming practitioner with over 20 years of herbal steaming and womb care experience.

What Makes Our Womb Circles and Yoni Steaming Unique? 

Yoni Steaming is an ancient ritual practiced and passed on by our mothers, grandmothers, and ancestors, still widely used today in Africa, Asia, Central America, Jamaica, and many other parts of the world to cleanse this most sacred, sensitive, and powerful center of the female body. We wish to honor the authentic cultural rituals behind this sacred practice, and make this healing gift accessible to the modern woman. 

Our Womb Healing Circles combine the ancient practices of herbal yoni steaming, womb healing, and other alternative healing modalities, including reiki, sound medicine, guided meditation, chakra clearing, and more to amplify your connection to your Divine Feminine nature, to the mysteries of your Womb Space, the Womb of the Cosmic Mother.

Although vaginal steaming alone has amazing physical health benefits, when combined with rituals designed to heal your mind, body, and spirit together, you're able to fully step into your Self with the empowerment to heal all parts of you - emotionally, physically, and spiritually!​

You are a Goddess embodying the gifts of the Divine Mother, and reintegrating your Sacred Feminine Energy into your conscious and physical awareness is a Self Love Journey. It is a mindfulness Journey. It is connecting to your most Divine and creating the Sacred Space to craft a path to healing yourself beyond what you may have thought possible.

What Happens During A Sacred Womb Healing Journey & Yoni Steaming Ritual? 

Opening Circle 

We will call in the directions, our guides, and our ancestors, and share our intentions, fears, and needs as we create a safe, welcoming, sacred container of sisterhood & healing.  

 

Womb Activation & Reiki 

We will begin by dropping into the depth of our womb space through meditative breath work, womb reiki, sound medicine, and gentle movement at the level of the hips, pelvis, and sacrum to allow the energy to flow more freely as the lower belly begins to relax. You will be guided through a womb meditation to feel and embrace any emotions, traumas, physical sensations, and all that is present within this sacred energy center.

Herbal Yoni Steaming Ritual 

Each woman is then offered the opportunity to experience a 20-30 minute yoni steaming. 

While other women are enjoying their steam session, the remaining will be holding a strong and safe container for deep release and awareness. During or following your steam session, you are invited and encouraged to meditate, journal, or simply rest.

*If you choose to journal, you will be encouraged to write down whatever thoughts and emotions may arise for you, allowing anything which needs to be released to simply flow from your body as the words flow onto the page. Specific womb journal prompts and mantras, as well as the journal itself, may also be provided if needed. 

*If you choose to meditate, you will be encouraged to continue focusing on your breath as you steam. We will use powerful visualization techniques, mantras, and spirit medicine to allow for stored emotions and blockages to be released from your body.   

 Closing Circle 

Our transformational journey will end with a sacred waist bead & rose ceremony, facilitated by Luma Marie of SolarMoon Goddess & guest facilitator, followed by group sharing to assist us in integrating and grounding our experiences together.

 Please bring...a comfy blanket, pillow, or anything else which will allow you to keep your body temperature warm after steaming. 

Tea, infused water, and light refreshments will be provided.
