Join N'golo Preto Velho de Mestre Themba Southern California to learn about the culture, music, and all fundamental movement in this 2 hour workshop which serves as an incredible and fun full-body workout and gateway into deeper realms of the Self, the Spirit, Ancestral Guidance, and Community.
All ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome!

Classes meet in person 11am-1pm each Wednesday at Almería Park in Fontana.

The first portion of this workshop is typically dedicated to music, with the second dedicated to physical movement. You are welcome to participate in one or both portions of this event. All aspects of the class will cater to the students present, offering inclusive training options, no matter your experience level or needs!
