Capoeira Angola: Virtual Training in Music & Movement - All Levels

Capoeira Angola is a beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form that combines fight, rhythm, movement, music, philosophy, and so much more!  

Join N'golo Preto Velho de Mestre Themba Southern California to learn about the culture, music, and all fundamental movement in this 1 hour workshop which serves as an incredible and fun full-body workout and gateway into deeper realms of the Self, the Spirit, Ancestral Guidance, and Community. 

All ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome!

Virtual classes will be held via Zoom video conference call.

The first portion of this workshop is typically dedicated to music, with the second dedicated to physical movement. You are welcome to come for one or both portions of this event.
