Community Sound Circle

Come release, unwind, and enjoy the Medicine of Music with us as we drop into Sacred Heart Space through play!

From 7-9pm, we'll be offering an interactive instructional workshop & enjoy a community sound circle, open to any and all in the community who wish to share and receive medicine & music!

All ages, backgrounds, experience levels, and beliefs are welcome!

This event is offered by sliding scale donation of $15-30. Guests are invited to pay what they can afford. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

This is a wonderfully cozy, intimate space! We encourage you to register in advance so we know to expect you here: Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you may comfortably settle in.

What to Bring:

- Drums and/or any other instruments you'd like to play! - Any items you'd like to charge with energy/intention on our communal altar - Water or other form of nourishing hydration - Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and/or chair to sit on

Please dress comfortably in layers to accommodate possibly fluctuating temperatures.
