Emotion Code: Releasing Failure + Trapped Emotion

Join Megan Potts of Core Earth Healing for an evening of guided exploration of the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies through the Emotion Code healing technique. 

This technique offers a truly unique and simple method to get in touch with the subtle and intricate nuances of the human experience as we learn to identify, accept, and release emotions trapped within the body in order to alleviate stress and align with what is most serving our Highest Good. 

This practice may serve as a beautiful and practical gateway to healing past traumas, physical aches and pains, and chronic symptoms of stress and fatigue, allowing us to cultivate a greater sense of emotional intelligence and self awareness.

In this workshop, we will specifically explore the theme of failure - and how the perception of failure within the collective narrative may have informed our own personal ideals and beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. From here, using the Emotion Code healing technique, we'll tap into our intuitive "feeling sense" of the body to locate and release any trapped or stagnant memories or emotional energy relating to failure not currently serving our highest well being, providing us the opportunity to process, integrate, and move forward with greater clarity and freedom from negative thought patterns relating to past experiences.

Abundance Exchange: This is a suggested $10-20 donation-based offering. Guests are invited to give whatever they can afford, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Additionally, we offer guests with financial privilege the opportunity to support others in the community by making a pay-it-forward donation, which allows us to continue to make these offerings accessible to those in every income bracket.

Connection + Logistics: This is an experimental hybrid offering, taking place both in-person for those who'd like to circle with us in physical space, and virtually via Zoom video conference call for those who'd like to join us from afar! 

If joining via Zoom - access to our virtual meeting will be provided via confirmation email upon registration, and you will also receive a reminder email the day prior to our event with details and the link to join. Please save these emails and simply follow the link at our scheduled event time in order to gather with us! 

If joining in person - we will be gathering promptly at 6:30pm PDT at our Waking Seed Heartquarters:

Due to the intimate size of our space, we are limiting the number of in-person attendees to ensure everyone's comfort, and asking guests to please preregister to reserve their seat.

What to Bring:

- a cushion, pillow, blanket, and/or other form of support

- a journal and pen for reflecting

- water or other form of nourishing hydration

- a snack to share with the group if joining in person (optional, though having a light snack following a journey may help you to ground into the physical plane and more readily integrate your experience)
