This is an especially helpful space for men looking to dive deeper into their own experience and embodiment, where you don't have to put on a show or a face, and you can come as you are to explore the root of the things that make you tick. 

This offering is an open re-minder that man does not need saving. Man needs a guild, a brotherhood, a community, a safe space and group of like-minded individuals who will support and uplift each other, free of judgements, while holding one another accountable.

Registration + Logistics: This offering will take place both online via Zoom video conference call and in person at our heartquarters in Claremont, California. Due to the intimate size of our space, we are limiting the number of physical attendees to ensure everyone's comfort and asking guests to please preregister to reserve their seat.

What to Bring:

- a cushion, pillow, and/or blanket

- a journal and pen

- water or other form of hydration

- a snack to share with the group (optional)

Please also dress in comfortable clothing - we recommend layers to help you adjust your temperature to your liking, especially since it's common for people to experience sudden waves of heat or cold during meditation and embodiment work.
