FULL MOON + FULL HEART Sound Ceremony + Healing Circle

Join us for a unique Shamanic Sound Ceremony + Healing Circle designed to help you break up stagnant energy and blockages, release what is no longer serving your Highest Vibration and well being, and relax into your Heart Center. 

This ceremony will highlight the energies of the Full Moon, giving us the opportunity to drop into the fullness of our hearts, our bodies, our creative impulses and desires, and feel into whatever it is we'd truly like to call into our experiences. Whether you're celebrating life or howling with the moon - ALL OF YOU, AS YOU ARE - is welcome.

Abundance Exchange: This exchange for this journey is $30 if joining in person, or $20 if joining virtually.

Registration + Logistics: This offering will take place both online via Zoom video conference call and in person at our heartquarters in Claremont, California. Due to the wonderfully intimate size of our space, we are limiting the number of physical attendees to ensure everyone's comfort and asking guests to please preregister to reserve their seat.

What to Bring:

- a cushion, pillow, and/or blanket to snuggle up with

- a journal and pen for reflecting

- water or other form of nourishing hydration

- a snack to share with the group (optional, though having a light snack following a journey may help you to ground into the physical body and more readily integrate your experience)

Please also dress in comfortable clothing - we recommend layers to help you adjust your temperature to your liking, especially since it's common for people to experience sudden waves of heat or cold during meditation or sound therapies.
