Medicine Drum Circle + Heart Entrainment

Join us for an afternoon of Heart Centered Healing & Medicine Drumming in the park!

From 1-2pm, we'll be offering an interactive instructional workshop on the concept of entrainment and how different drum beats may be used alone or in groups to soothe the mind, heal the body, and access different states of consciousness to achieve meditation, internal guidance, journey work, and more! This is a great opportunity to practice your drumming skills & enjoy cohesive, collective healing!

From 2:30-3:30, we'll enjoy a community drum circle, open to any and all in the community who wish to share and receive medicine & music!

From 3:45-4:30pm, we'll be offering experiential guidance specifically for past & current students within the Shamanic Community who wish to improve their own Drum Journeys, and/or learn to facilitate a Journey for others.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Drums & Other Instruments!

- A Blanket, Cushion, and/or Chair to Sit On

- Any Items You'd Like to Charge With Energy/Intention on Our Communal Altar

- Journal & Pen

- Water

Please dress in layers to ensure your comfort & ability to adjust to fluctuating temperatures outside.

This is a donation based event! We deeply appreciate anything you're open to share with us in exchange for your presence and participation!

No one will be turned away for lack of funds, so please share this event with as many of your loved ones as you can! The more, the merrier!

We also invite you to bring snacks to share with the group if you feel called. We recommend healthy vegan & vegetarian options to ensure everyone is able to enjoy.
