Embodying Inner Balance is a 9 week intensive course in Mindfulness & Self-Mastery as we learn to harness & direct our Inner Light, and bring our primal self into Balance.

This is a deeply transformational course in Awareness & Spiritual Alchemy, designed for the Earth Warrior in YOU! 

We give you the tools to catch any limiting patterns & harmful belief systems you may be unconsciously running, shed Light on your shadows, and transmute toxic energy into Nourishment, Medicine, & Magic!

This class is designed to get you to face your blockages & push beyondyour boundaries as you get to the Heart of what you truly wish to Nurture & Manifest in your Life. 

No one ever accomplishes their Dreams from the Comfort Zone! So while this course may uproot some emotional challenges, rest assured that the effort put into this process will pay abundant Spiritual Dividends with Lifelong Benefits. And the best part is that we're working through these challenges in Loving Sacred Space with the support of our Community.

Time Commitment & Course Details

EACH WEDNESDAY EVENING 

January 8th - March 4th

Classes will meet from 7:00 - 9:00pm.

At the completion of this course, students will experience their own Ceremonial Rebirth Honoring, supported & witnessed by Loving Community.

This course begins on January 8th 2020, with closing ceremony on March 4th 2020. You must be present the first date of class in order to attend any subsequent course dates.

May be taken to satisfy the second level of our Shamanic Practioner Certification Program, or as a standalone course for those who wish to dive into Internal Shadow Work.

Course Facilitators

NICO

Nico is a Shamanic Practioner, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Reiki Teaching Master. Moved by the beauty and mysticism of the Universe, Nico has spent over a decade studying numerous cultural traditions, rituals, and techniques for personal growth and healing. He employs this ancient wisdom in his own spiritual practice, and hopes to share these gifts with others along this Journey.​ He specializes in Shamanic Sound Sessions, Liberating Breath Work, Healing through Artistic Expression, and body work through Capoeira Angola. With an emphasis on heart centered healing, Nico's work is based on re-aligning the Spirit with Love for all things under the Sun.

NATA

Nata is a Mother, Artist, Certified Shamanic Herbalist, and Plant Spirit Guide working in the Wise Woman Healing Tradition. She approaches energy work & teaching through the belief that we each possess the power to heal and transform our lives by employing nourishing, regenerative practices which support both our own health, as well as the health of our local and global communities. Nata hopes to inspire and empower others along the Path as we each tap into Higher Guidance and ancestral wisdom, harness our unique gifts, and play toward harmonious collective growth! She finds inspiration in nature, music, and art in all its many forms, and specializes in Plant Communication, Color Therapy, Conscious Language, Bioacoustics, and Sound Healing to align us each with our divine God/Goddess!
