Nourishing Shamanic Sound Bathe

Join us for a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you release, re-center, ground, and birth your visions more fully into the material plane.

In this unique Sound Bath, our focus and intention will be to nourish and heal the root and lower chakras in order to strengthen your foundation, as well as increase your sense of community connection and support!

Sound for this bath will center around the more primal, grounded, root nourishing sounds and instruments. We will engage your senses with rattles, plenty of drumming, and animal-inspired vocalizations and singing to help reconnect you to your naturally vibrant, empowered SELF!

- An Open Heart and Mind

- Water

- Yoga Mat, Pillow and/or Blanket (optional)

- Please dress comfortably in layers for weather and/or temperature where we are gathering.

This is a safe, non-dogmatic, nonjudgmental environment & space of healing open to ALL PEOPLES interested in growing with their local Heart and Earth Centered Community.
