Open Energy + Reiki Share

Join us for an uplifting afternoon of experiential guidance and instruction, as we dive into the basics of energetic and vibrational wellness and enjoy hands-on healing in a group setting.

This offering is specificially designed to suit anyone and everyone who is curious about developing their energetic practice and ability to self-heal, from the complete novice and the "dabblers," to those actively practising reiki or other forms of holistic wellness therapies for themselves, their loved ones, or their community.

Abundance Exchange: The exchange for this workshop is $33.

Registration + Logistics: This offering will take place in person at our heartquarters in Claremont, California. Due to the wonderfully intimate size of our space, we are limiting the number of physical attendees to ensure everyone's comfort and asking guests to please preregister to reserve their seat.

What to Bring:

- a cushion, pillow, blanket, and/or back-jack to sit on

- a journal and pen for notes and reflection

- water or other form of nourishing hydration

- a snack to share with the group (optional, though having a light snack following a journey may help you to ground into the physical body and more readily integrate your experience)

Please also dress in comfortable clothing - we recommend layers to help you adjust your temperature to your liking, especially since it's common for people to experience sudden waves of heat or cold during meditation or energetic practice.
