About the event
We are so honored to invite you to our Taurus New Moon Ceremony: Embodied Journey facilitated by the wonderful Katy Avila!
The new moon is a potent time for reflection and intention setting along with nature’s rhythm and cycles - and this particular new moon in Taurus is asking us to listen to the body during a time of collective trauma and crisis.
How is your body responding to the threat of illness, physical distancing or financial stress? Are you feeling numb? Are you angry? Are you grieving a sense of normalcy? Are you in shifting states of fight, flight or freeze? In this new moon ceremony, we will explore these questions through an embodied journey.
Embodied journeying is a movement experience that brings you into deep awareness of the body, to discover what sensations and emotions are alive within, and then guides you towards expressing them through your movements, postures, gestures and dance.
By getting out of the cognitive mind and tuning into our sacred body wisdom, we open ourselves to receive intuitive messages from spirit about the intentions we most need at this time.

Abundance Exchange: This is a suggested $10-20 donation-based journey. Guests are invited to offer whatever they can afford, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Virtual Connection + Logistics: This offering will take place virtually via Zoom video conference call, so you can join us from the comfort of your own space!
It is important to have a private, quiet area to move in, and please bring a journal for reflecting.
