Tea Ceremony + Sound Circle

Join us in celebration as we gather to ease transition into these cooler months with a warming Tea Ceremony + Relaxing Sound Circle to help you ground and nourish your Heart Center! 

Learn about traditional herbal preparations made from some of the native medicinal plants growing all around us, from between the cracks in the pavement all the way up to the rich mountainside! 

We'll be serving a yummy organic fall-themed tea to soothe your nerves & warm your heart & belly, followed by Intention Setting & a deep Shamanic Sound Session. 

We gather to honor the transition of seasons and reflect on the things now shifting and calling our attention within our own Inner Reality as the cooler months settle in and we begin to welcome the holidays.
